Converting OA/Rokugan d20 to 3.5

I am thinking of running a Rokugan d20 campaign but I would like to update it to 3.5 rules. What do I need to change? Any suggestions?

Is there a 3.5 conversion for OA/Rokugan out there already?

There will be an OA conversion in the next issue of Dragon (#318, April 2004), at least according to the blurb in the current (March 2004) issue. The conversion is being written by James Wyatt, author of the 3.0 Oriental Adventures book.
