I'm thinking we should write it up as a technique to gather (and potentially&nbsp; store) empowerment points that can be used to boost Goat Magic veil and binding&nbsp; spells, but we could say there are&nbsp; rumors it can be used to create other effects such as a wish or epic spell.There's some similarity between Lesser and Greater Binding and the <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/binding.htm" target="_blank">binding</a> spell, so we can probably crib some bits off that. We might want to change the name so it's not confused with the SRD binding spell.</blockquote>
