Converting the 4th edition rage drake to PF.

Hey guys, I am running a pathfinder campaign, and one of my players is playing a ranger that will eventually take the dragon rider prestige class from draconomicon(I converted it to pathfinder using my house rules), but he wants a mount early on and a true dragon mount is way later in levels, he is level 1 now soon to be level 2, and I thought the rage drake would be a good low level mount for him that would scale up as he levels. Does anyone have an Idea on how to covert the 4th edition rage drake to PF? thanks in advance.

While I do not know the 4E rage drake abilities or scores, there were 4 drakes in th Beasiary 2 that you could use as a base. I would suggest using the forest one as it is the one with the least tone down (and easiest to ride as the other are hot, frozen and aquatic)

thanks dingo333, I think Ill just modify the forest drake, remove its breath weapon and flying, give it better melee and Con and Natural AC. and a rage ability.
