Came up with the following for the Description:
An titanic dragon with glorious white scales that sparkle with a myriad points of light in every color of a rainbow. Opal, also known as The Sun Dragon, is an immortal dragon who leads Neutral dragons. In his glorious true form, The Sun Dragon is larger than any great wyrm among the mortal dragons. He answers to no one except The Great Dragon who commands all dragonkind. There are two other Dragon Rulers who directly serve The Great One: Pearl the Moon Dragon, who rules Chaotic dragons, and Diamond the Star Dragon, who rules Lawful dragons. Opal sometimes meets with Diamond and Pearl but avoids dealing with other Dragon Rulers such as Bahamut, Ruby, or Tiamat. The Sun Dragon Ruler generally appears with a retinue of great wyrms. Her attendants always include four Mystaran jade great wyrms and maybe another five or so Neutral dragons (usually an amber, jacinth, jade, moonstone, Mystaran onyx and pearl great wyrm). The Sun Dragon prizes independence and balance and mostly leaves his subordinates to follow their own business without interference, although his servants will follow his will without hesitation if called upon. The Sun Dragon spends most of his time in his home, a vast maze of caverns and tunnels inhabited by all manner of neutral dragons, dragon-kin and related outsiders. The only being who knows all the secrets of this place is Opal himself, but it is believed to be either a demiplane of Opal's own creation or a fragment of the Wilderness of the Beastlands. Opal and the other neutral beings in his realm usually have no interest in attacking or speaking to outsiders, being invested in pondering mysteries unfathomable to lesser minds and discussing the all-important cosmic Balance. The mind of the Sun Dragon is so mysterious and focused on the Balance his personality seems extremely changeable to mortals. He may help or talk to adventures on one meeting, only to slay or ignore them on their next meeting depending on how Opal judges the Balance tilts. The Sun Dragon's resplendent dragon form is mutable and can change size and shape at will as described under his Alternative Form ability. His normal Colossal size can range from 100 to 300 feet in length (including tail) and weighs 50 to 1,000 tons.. Opal speaks many languages, including Draconic, Abyssal, Celestial, and Common, and can converse with any intelligent creature. Combat The Sun Dragon strategies are often as mysterious as his motives, and he often uses feints and deceptions of astonishing subtlety. Ancient beyond measure, there are few tricks or tactics his astonishing intellect haven't mastered. Opal's Dire Charge and Automatic Quicken Spell feats allow him to make a full attack and cast a quickened spell every round.
