Conviction Spell - Where's it from?

I've found the Conviction spell in the Spell Compendium. Anybody know the original source or is it an entirely new spell?

Thanks.

It's now in the Spell Compendium (p.52), allong with the "Mass" version. My high-level Clr *loves* this spell. (+5 Morale bonus on all saves for everyone for 3+ hours? Gimme!)

The Spell Compendium version has a duration of 10 minutes per level, while the Miniatures Handbook has 1 minute per level. It's almost a no-brainer now, so I was wondering what it originally was. My DM doesn't like no-brainer spells. I personally think it should've remained 1 minute per level, or been a higher level spell.
