I have created a subclass for my home game for a Halfling Artificer Cook. This is mostly for fun and flavor not power, obviously a support type subclass. Please peruse and comment at your leisure. Cook– Artificer Subclass Subclass Spells Level Spells 3 Purify Food and Drink, Bless 5 Heat Metal, Aid 9 Create Food and Water, Hypnotic Pattern 13 Charm Monster, Aura of Purity 17 Greater Restoration, Animate Objects LEVEL3: Adventuring Cook Gain the Produce Flame and Poison Spray cantrips, these do not count against the limit of known cantrips. You are proficient in Cooking Utensils, if you are already proficient you add twice your proficiency to any tests. You can use cooking utensils as an arcane focus and add your Int modifier to any Ability Test involving cooking utensils, food preparation and culinary knowledge. Level3: Snack Time When you finish a short or long rest you can make a number of snacks equal to your proficiency bonus. Snacks made do not need to be of the same flavor (see below). These snacks can be given to other people and can be consumed as a bonus action. These snacks stay fresh until you finish a long rest, after which they are still edible, but no longer bestow any benefits. Choose the flavor of the snacks from the options below. • Spicy: Until the end of your turn, when you hit with a melee or ranged attack, you have +1d6 to damage rolls. This increases to +1d8 @ Level 11, +1d10 @ Level 17. • Sweet: Until the start of your next turn, gain a +1bonus to AC. • Salty: Until the start of your next turn, when a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature. Level3: Special Sauce Intelligence modifier times per a Long Rest, you can cast either the Lesser Restoration or Aid Spell without using a spell slot or material components except for the special sauce itself. Level5: Well Fed Anyone eating any food prepared by the character gains one of the following effects:

Artificer Level + Intelligence modifier Temporary Hit Points
+10ft Movement for 1 min
Advantage on the next D20 Test within 10 minutes

Also after having eaten any food prepared by your character as part of a short or Long Rest remove one exhaustion level.
Level9: Growing Cookbook When you use the Snack Time feature, you can also choose from the following additional flavors: • Sour:Until the start of your next turn you have resistance to all damage. • Umami:You can teleport to an unoccupied space that you can see within 30feet. If someone eats food created from a spell such as goodberry or create food and water that you cast, they will also have Advantage on D20Tests until the start of their next turn. Level15: Full Course Meal Once per a Long rest your character can cast Heroe'sFeast without expending a spell slot or Material components. Thecasting time is reduced to 1 minute.
