Playing With Yarn Heritage: Tabaxi (MoAR Wilderness) Culture: Shadow Elf Background: Artisan, weaver Destiny: Chaos Class 1: Druid (Spore Keeper) (MoAR Wilderness) This is actually being run at my home group right now. There isn't any specific strategy here, other than a radical dedication to feline playfulness. Vengeant Swampling Heritage: Frogfolk (MoAR Wilderness) Culture: Grippli (MoAR Wilderness) Background: Noble Destiny: Revenge Class 1: Berserker (Queen Bee) (Zeitgeist) The quiet rage of the kindly frogfolk will no longer be repressed. In her diplomatic meetings with the very humans who despoil her people's land and pollute the water they all need to survive, this frog-princess came in contact with the Queen Bee Lodge and the psychic power there held. She formed her own lodge amidst her allies. She channels the power of her oppressed people against the forces of destruction with the arrogance to call itself "civilization." Folks with this build can jump! And in her hands, the spear is a finesse weapon, which means she can use it for her Queen Bee features AND fully benefit from using a two-handed weapon re: other berserker class features. Lorax Mk. 3 Heritage: Spriggan (MoAR Wilderness) Culture: Blightlander (MoAR Wilderness) Background: Folk Hero Destiny: Atonement (MoAR Light & Dark) Class 1: Ranger (Rescuer) (MoAR Wilderness) Class 2: Cleric (Undertaker) (MoAR Light & Dark) Speaking for the trees gets hard once the lands, down to the rotten stumps, are befouled by the oppressors' own wickedness, construing the victims as the victimizers. Lorax Mk. 3 is the Batman of the blightlands. More than happy to face-off against the forces of darkness, yet compelled by sympathy and remorse for wrongdoing (and for close contact with the undead), Mk. 3 prioritizes the safety of innocence first. When innocent blood is shed, they are granted a dignified passage to the afterlife--and revenge.
