First Post
I just wanted to know out of curiosity what people have thought about the cooperative dungeons done so far.

What did you think of them in terms of individual contributions as well as production values.

Was the editing sufficient (Since I know it will probably never be perfect)

How did it compare to products you pay for? Did you expect less since it was free?

Has any one actually run the Dungeon?

Do you have any suggestions on improvements or complete different ideas on what else could be done on a cooperative level?

Just any comments would be helpful in planning out more dungeons.

Yu can even do this in the format I do player feedback in my game which is...

Name three things you liked and three things you didn't like.

thanks for any and all replies

I never participated in one before, but downloaded two free adventures made like that (on rpgnow), and they look good.

My idea: at times a DM asks some ideas for an adventures. Why not begin a thread in the Houserule section, and create a cooperative dungeon on that basis:
1) the one who begins the thread is the one who wants to (in the end) collect all the idea and produce the adventure. But he/she won't write it all by himself (or herself). He ask people's contribution directly on the messageboard. So:
2) Anyone contribute what he wants, accepting that the starter of the thread eventually tweak the submission as he sees fit. As such, one person could submit a full room with traps and opponents; another will just submit an item (such as a trapped door description); another will subit an npc (I could submit a half-fiend doppelganger rogue-assassin I created some time ago); another will submit an idea of plot; etc. Plus when it is done, lets someone with Dundjinni create a beautiful map!!!

Trainz is referring to the Cooperative Dungeons we've been building here in the General forum for several months, I believe, not the concept of cooperative dungeons in general.

Oh, and Trainz, what you talkin' about the editing wasn't perfect? You tryin' to tell me somethin'? ;)

You, or anyone else, should jump into a thread that is building a CD project and mention if you have a piece of a potential room if you think it fits the general theme that is outlined by Trainz. The "I don't have a full room to contribute, but here's a possible creature to use" idea isn't a problem as long as no one is offended if their creature doesn't get picked up by anyone. I think that would be an excellent way to join in the fun without dividing up the project into multiple threads (which might cause some confusion).

Great Job Edit Merak.

Might help if you notice who posted the thread.

Besides a perfecvt document is a sign of the Apocolypse and I ain't ready to go yet. :)
