Or, you could even go back to the old AD&D days and dole out a flat XP bonus/gp seized. OR, you could keep track of the total gp value of stuff they seize and, based on how well they're doing, permit them to "spend" the money by "buying" magic items/resources from their employers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
