Next time that happens I'd snap pictures of the sleeve (unopened) and the book and send it to customer service of Amazon and your local carrier. You never know, there might be a response.I don't have any real local gaming store anymore, and my local delivery personnel are not very careful delivering those stupid cardboard sleeves you get books in from Amazon and other online sellers and anytime I get a book delivered that way they are damaged (such as my most recent Pathfinder purchase). All the boxed sets I have ever received (which guarantees all 3 books are shipped together and need a better and bigger box) the box that holds the books is usually damaged but the books come out unscathed. It cuts down on a huge hassle I am sick of dealing with.
