Cost for Masterwork Cold Iron weapon?

The SRD says "Weapons made of cold iron cost twice as much to make as their normal counterparts."

Now let's say I want a masterwork cold-iron kama. When do I double the price for the cold iron...before or after making the item masterwork?

So does it cost:

(2 for kama x 2 for cold iron) + 300 for masterwork = 304gp

OR

(2 for kama + 300 for masterwork) x 2 for cold iron = 604gp

making an educated guess ...

MW comes after the 2x,

or 2X+300=final price

That's it. Double the non-masterwork cost, plus the masterwork cost.
