i just wish i knew what the hell it was! all signs point to not just a monster book...and i wish i knew what was in the arms and equipment guide as well.

if they're allowed to release realms stuff contents ages etc, why can't we know whats in these other books!
 




That's odd, I find the Fiend Folio cover to be the weakest of the lot. It kinda goes against the style of the other generic D&D books they published; not in layout, but it looks blatantly like a drawing and not like the mock up models used for the other books.

Then again, I'm having really bad hangovers today, so I might have a completely different oppinion tomorrow :)

If I remember correctly (I frequently don’t) the FF cover is probably a rough while the sculpture is being created...or it could be the final and just be really pathetic looking...
 

Note that Fiend Folio and Races of Faerun don't have the credits printed on the cover yet, and the A&EG and Savage Species do. I doubt the FF is the final version.
