That's Latin for "cool"
In the spirit of openness and fair play I will publically release my WotC setting proposal. I know it is really good, but I advise you not to be discouraged. There is no shame coming in second place.
=====
1. Core Ethos Sentence. [A sentence that describes the core ethos of the world. For example, FORGOTTEN REALMS is a world of sword-and-sorcery adventure, where heroes battle monsters with magic.]
A world full of action, adventure, and excitement; a world where danger walks around every corner -- and only once force can stop the darkness: Llamas!
2. Who are the heroes? [Brief description of heroes central to the setting. This need not be a comprehensive list.]
Lamas are the heros. They are allied with the Llama riders.
Bob is chief of the Llama riders. His llama partner is named Trevor.
3. What do they do? [What are the main objectives of the heroes, and what steps do they take to achieve those objectives?]
They fight the darkness. They do this by fighting alongside their llama comrades.
4. Threats, Conflicts, Villains [What is the main danger to the world, and from whom does it come?]
The anti-llama! He is named Elroy. He's pretty badass. I mean, sure, Sauron's tough and all. And I certainly wouldn't want to bump into Tiamat in a dark alley. But really, Elroy's one mad, bad anti-llama.
5. Nature of magic [What is the source of magic? How abundant/scarce is it?]
All magic comes from llama power and the high holy leader llama.
6. What’s new? What’s different? [What makes this setting unique?]
This will be the ONLY game setting with llamas as a player race! There will also be llama-rider prestige classes and magic items that are only useable by llamas. You'll have to be careful with marketing or this product line will sink the Forgotten Realms. Tell Greenwood I'm sorry.

Pretty cool, huh?
