All savage species and the MM have to say on the subject is that Pixies may craft sleep and memory loss arrows. It says nothing about how much they cost to make, how long they take to make and what if any special materials are required.
One of my players just got to be a high enough level pixie to make these and I'm not sure what to tell her.
Any ideas or official rules I've missed?
