I ordered some blank white dice from Amazon (50 of them for around $12).
Lightly sanded each side rubbing dice on sandpaper on flat surface. Then cleaned off, washed, rinsed etc.
Printed out the artwork (usually on my color printer but this one was black and white), then I covered with glossy transparent packing tape (effectively laminating it), then cut out and applied with glue stick onto dice, (using permanent glue stick Avery brand).
Here is the result:
(Btw, I've made a lot of custom dice this way and they really hold up very well since they are laminated with that packing tape. Cost to make the die is like less than a penny for the toner, couple cents for the paper , couple cents for the glue and around 25 cents for the blank die.)
