The theocracy of the god Nabut apparently wars with Voreen, but hates necromancy (which Rhesen practices, a little). Maybe a neutral country, east of the Edor, between the Ashen Mountains and the Shevado? That would bring it into conflict with Ruashode & Voreen over control of trade through the mtns, & place it in a "guardian" position near Zutul.</p><p></p><p>3a) I don't think there's a write-up for Nabut, actually. Just mentions in other god's write-ups.</p><p></p><p>4) Organizationally I've been pulling a few things away from the Alliance of Crowns/Pact of Thrones duality (like the layout of the religion page). The information should still be present, but I don't think it should the primary means of sorting.
