Boz is referring to the Creature CATALOG, the 3e monster conversion site hosted here on ENWorld.
I believe you are referring to the Creature COLLECTION by Sword & Sorcery Studios. I can't tell ya much about it (since they delayed it to update it to 3.5), but I can tell ya before that, I did all the revisions on the book to streamline it and stuff......so it's all good.

I know a little but only what Joseph Carriker has revealed about two/three months ago. There will be the revised/fix monsters, with new art AND a few with ELC mods. There will also be three appendixes. The first will be templates of some of the monsters including the Unhallowed, Hags and Fatlings. (This is by no means an exhastive list but just the ones I remember off the top of my head.) The second one will deal with the races of the Scarred Lands, including the ones from Termana. (So you basically get a all-in-one source for the races). The third and final one will deal with intergrating MM monsters into the Scarred Lands. There will be about a paragraph or two detailing some of the possible places as well as what titan created them. (If any.)
