Crimson Scourge?

What is the Crimson Scourge? I know it's in Cityscape, and it's some type of bounty hunter. The name sounds cool, and I like the idea of a bounty hunter that can actually do something to someone besides their 'mark'. (Bloodhound, I'm looking at you.)

Well, I'm not sure how much I can post without breaching any copyright issues, but...

It's a 10 level PrC, good BAB, good Fort and Ref saves; fighters, rangers and barbarians find it easiest to qualify; he specializes in tracking and subduing his quarry, and he gets the following abilities: Kid Gloves, Special Dispensation, Swift Tracker, Painful Strike, Immovable Heart, Improved Disarm, Threaten, Deadened Hide and Smell of Blood.

What, Bloodhounds are supposed to waste their talent on hurting people other than the skip trace?

They get paid to bring the guy in. They're not out to bring people in for charity.

It's a better NPC class than it is a PC PrC; try setting one up as the PC's antagonist and see how you like it. Justicar as well.
