</ul>I currently have two Rangers in the group.&nbsp; One is using option 2, the other is using 3 (Quarterstaff).&nbsp; So far it's worked pritty well (one session only) and their having fun with the new idea.I am watching carefully though.&nbsp; Sometimes it does seem a little frightening when they take away nearly 400% of foe's HP, but, as was already mentioned, that can be legal anyway.&nbsp; It was also a fluke (I hope, he rolls with his TI-83, but that's another issue).I didn't get to see much of either option though.&nbsp; The guy using 3 had to go early and the guy using 2 ran off in the other direction carrying a kid away from combat--almost achieving TPK (Total Party Kill) in the process.
