Critical Hits on Creatures immune to Crit's

There are a couple of ways to get sneak attack damage on specific types of critters in Complete Adventurer...

There are two feats, Razing Strike and SomethingElse Strike. One allows arcane casters to give up an arcane spell to temporarily allow sneak attacks on constructs. The other allows divine spellcasters to give up a divine spell to temporarily allow sneak attacks on undead. There is also a spell version of each of those feats, also in Complete Adventurer.

Other than that, not really, that I know of.

There's a high level spell in the spell compendium that essentially make an undead into a living being for the purpose of criticals, fortitude saves, and sneak attacks... but I can't remember it and I don't have the book in front of me.

I think it may affect constructs too...

Flaming burst weapon. ;)

To go into more detail, the flaming burst property of a weapon works whether a creature is a immune to crits or not. You roll as if you could actually crit, if you do, the flaming burst property kicks in, even if you don't actually crit the creature.

As far as I know you can crit golems, and undead with spells and feats, but a creatue with heavy fortification can only be affected if you do a targeted dispel on the armor first.

Of course anti-magic can help with the armor, too.
