Actually I've wondered how you'd re-create it in 3E. Some kind of Brilliant Energy effect that could hit anybody (including undead and such). Or you could just do a Force effect and say it doens't need physical arrows/bolts. But how could you do the ropes he could shoot, or the overhead flares? What else could it do? Didn't he tie somebody up with a rope shot once? Hmmm...Also, Hypersmurf- that sounds like what I'm looking for but I don't have the Arms & Equipment guide. What was the enhancement bonus for the Force effect?</blockquote>
