I don't really mind the way it works now, but what I really hate is the name of Exotic Weapons. It should be something a lot more simple such as: "Special Weapons".

But do fighters still get all martial weapons IYC? or not?

What category to scythes/picks fall into? With chopping, due to their similarity to axes, or slashing, because . . . . just because? Same with hammers? Or do those go with blunt?

Scythes I stuck with pole arms just becasue they had to go somewhere. They are large, hafted weapons with blades. So, not that disimiliar.

Hammers and picks are the same catagory. Both require a basic over head motion with the force at the tip of the weapon.

Fighters start with all, rangers paladins, and barbarians start with 4 of the 7.

I just noticed that you have halberds listed under both polearms and axes. Intentional due to the nature of the weapon? Or a typo? Thanks

Typo, It should not be listed under Axes. THanks for pointing that out.
