A party-based CRPG with turn-based combat using 3E rules is apparently going to be announced soon.

I think I'm going to be guardedly optimistic about this one - the lead designer claims to know what AoO's are.

Oooh! HATS! If I can make the Christmas Time Mage in my Avatar as a character, this game will ROCK! Helms in NWN were so ugly. I found it hard to wear a kick-ass helm in NWN because I thought I looked better without it. But then, I've always valued looks, flavour and roleplay over Stats or Magic. If I can wear a HAT though... (oh, and I'm not joking. I'm so shallow that the mention of hats does make the game sound better)

I haven't played in Greyhawk since 1e. And IIRC, it was pretty different to what it is now. It will be nice to go back, but I'll have to learn the Geography all over again.

This game looks to be pretty cool, but I'll probably need a new computer to play it (unless it compensates for speed with RAM or something. I have PLENTY of RAM, just a crappy processor).
