I'll probably justify the AC boost by giving the Balor Fiendish Blessing like a Cambion. Conveniently, the Balor's CHA is exactly +6. Consequence: if the PCs manage to Feeblemind the Balor, it gets significantly easier to kill. I like that.</blockquote>
