If I've violated any rules or whatever please feel free to move the topic or delete it... anyway...So I started creating youtube videos in the middle of last year. The channel's premise is to focus on tabletop and videogame RPGs. We have a ton of stuff on there, I work incredibly hard on it. Anyway, this topic isn't for advertising the channel, but specifically a huge project I've been working on known as the Crystal Keep Chronicles. Its a D&D 5e live session that seeks to merge tabletop and golden age (snes/ps1) videogame RPGs together. Hopefully getting some videogamers to try tabletop, and some tabletop only gamers to maybe try out video games. Cross pollination and all of that. We've already done the character creation aspects, and very recently I put up a trailer as a kind of incredibly quick overview of my world. The world is pretty different from anything that I've ever seen in a tabletop camapaign setting. By day I teach astronomy and astrophysic at a college, so you can see much of that in this planet. So if anyone out there is a fellow youtuber you probably know how important community engagement is and for us smaller channels growing is one of the most difficult things to do. So to grow the community, im allowing submissions so people can help grow the world, and feel as though they contributed in a meaningful way. Also we have a discord server which runs along my elemental motif, where you can interact with us, the really neat thing im trying to do with that is whenever you join you will pick an element to support. The idea is as the community grows on discord and people declare their allegiance to a particular element, power will shift between the different elemental realms impacting the game in a very real way.
