not sure... I only went back to the site now an then I have alot of the files downloaded already..

Possibly because they, or their parent company, is fighting other piracy charges and they don't want to hear "well, clearly you don't really care about this, because we were able to find sites X, Y and Z that meet your definition of infringing on your IP without any consequences."

I have no personal insight into the matter, but that seems like a not-improbable scenario to me.
