So pleased with you is your god that he has bestowed upon you the means to further exemplify your religion. You god has also given you the gifts of the angels, hoping that when you leave the world you will choose to join his army.</p><p></p><p><strong>Favored Action (11th level):</strong> When you spend an action point to take an extra action, attack and damage rolls you make for your standard action attacks this turn receive a bonus equal to your charisma modifier.</p><p></p><p><strong>Favored Weapon (11th level):</strong> You receive a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with your deities favored weapon or holy symbol.</p><p></p><p><strong>Angelic Wings (16th level):</strong> You gain fly (clumsy) movement equal to your speed -2.</p><p></p><p><strong>Favored Soul Prayers</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Dogmatic Blast</strong> Favored Soul Attack 11</p><p><em>Lifting your weapon up into the air, you make a declaration of your enemies' impending doom. Your weapon glows brightly, and with a slash, you send that radiance dashing at your enemies.</em></p><p><strong>Encounter ✦ Divine, Weapon, Radiant</strong></p><p><strong>Standard Action Close</strong> Blast 5</p><p><strong>Target</strong>: Each enemy within blast</p><p><strong>Attack</strong>: Charisma vs. Reflex</p><p><strong>Hit</strong>: 2[W] + Charisma modifier radiant damage, and you mark the target with Divine Challenge.</p><p></p><p><strong>Radiant Soul</strong> Favored Soul Utility 12</p><p><em>You unleash the divine power within your soul, and a marvelous thing happens! Your body gives way to a new form: your spirit made corporeal shining with the ethereal radiance of the angels.</em></p><p><strong>Encounter ✦ Divine</strong></p><p><strong>Minor Action Personal</strong></p><p><strong>Effect</strong>: You be come insubstantial until the beginning of your next turn.</p><p><strong>Sustain</strong>: Minor action. You can sustain this power for the duration of the encounter.</p><p></p><p><strong>Judgment</strong> Favored Soul Attack 20</p><p><em>So exalted are you in the eyes of your god that you have been given the right to cast judgment on your enemies in his name. Holding up your sovereign's holy symbol and delivering your verdict, and as holy light streams down from on high, you watch as the infidels are smitten and those you deemed worthy are are reinvigorated.</em></p><p><strong>Daily ✦ Divine, Implement, Radiant</strong></p><p><strong>Standard Action Close</strong> burst 10</p><p><strong>Target</strong>: All creatures you have marked within burst</p><p><strong>Attack</strong>: Charisma vs. Will</p><p><strong>Hit</strong>: 3d8 + Charisma modifier radiant damage.</p><p><strong>Effect</strong>: Allies within burst gain temporary HP equal to your Charisma modifier.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Raven Priest</strong></p><p></p><p><em>"The raven is the envoy of death, constant watchers who make certain that the natural laws are upheld. When this sacred law is violated, I am called, and like a vulture to carrion, I dispose of the profanity."</em></p><p></p><p><strong>Prerequisite:</strong> Cleric class, worship the Raven Queen (or similar deity.)</p><p></p><p>Times are dark, and the corruption of undeath upsets the balance of nature. You have been granted the power of the death goddess's own servants to dispose of this malignant blasphemy. Though ideal for leading action against the legions of undeath, your powers are perfectly capable of dealing death to any manner of creature.</p><p></p><p><strong>Deathbringing Action (11th level):</strong> When you spend an action point to take an extra attack, that attack's ongoing effects that are ended by a saving throw instead require two successful saving throws on two different turns to end.</p><p></p><p><strong>Raven's Watchful Eye (11th level):</strong> Once per encounter, if you or an adjacent ally rolls a 1 when making a saving throw, you can call for a reroll.</p><p></p><p><strong>Aura of Looming Death (16th level):</strong> All enemies within 5 spaces of you with vulnerabilities have an increase to their vulnerabilities equal to one-half your level.</p><p></p><p><strong>Raven Priest Prayers</strong></p><p></p><p><strong> Raven Swarm</strong> Raven Priest Attack 11</p><p><em>The sky grows dark with a flock of black birds. In a kamikaze rush, a large portion of the flock swarms the enemy. The remainder of the divine-inspired birds group by your allies, assisting in their next attack.</em></p><p><strong>Encounter ✦ Divine, Implement, Conjuration</strong></p><p><strong>Standard Action Ranged</strong> 5</p><p><strong>Area Burst 2</strong></p><p><strong>Target</strong>: Each enemy you can see within burst</p><p><strong>Attack</strong>: Wisdom vs. Fortitude</p><p><strong>Hit</strong>: 1d8 + wisdom modifier weapon damage which is unaffected by resistance.</p><p><strong>Effect</strong>: Select a number of allies you can see within 10 squares equal to the number of enemies you hit. The damage rolls of the next attack each selected ally makes before the beginning of your next turn is unaffected by their target's resistance.</p><p></p><p><strong>Raven Resistance</strong> Raven Priest Utility 12</p><p><em>You call on a swarm of ravens to encircle you and your allies in a protective veil. Though many of these birds may die in the effort, the flock remains unfettered.</em></p><p><strong>Encounter ✦ Divine, Conjuration</strong></p><p><strong>Minor Action Close Burst</strong> 5</p><p><strong>Target</strong>: Yourself and all allies within burst</p><p><strong>Effect</strong>: Until the beginning of your next turn, you and all your allies gain Resist All equal to 5 + one-half your level.</p><p></p><p><strong>Black-Shadow Raven</strong> Raven Priest Attack 20</p><p><em>You call upon an exarch of the Raven Queen, Todsrabe, the Winged Shadow.
