I'm getting things cleaned up and ready for an annoucement of this con being ready for booths and signups and GM's come this Wednessday.
We are still interested in some specific help on the staff if anyone would like to get a free booth out of it or just want to help out, we need:
1) Games Coordinator: Someone who reviews the GM applications and approves games. This means basically flippying a flag on the user account and adding thier game to the schedule. This is a job that is probably more tasking then it sounds, so only the commited need apply. This work is done mostly BEFORE the con.
2) RPGA Tournament DM: We need someone willing to run an RPGA event at the con.
3) MC: We need 1 or 2 people that can commit to moderating the chat seminars for the guests of honor for most and the learning seminars second. Basically means making the attendies raise their hands to ask questions and to make sure the people there actaully paid for the con. That and greeting and helping people in the main lobby.
Anyone interested in any of these positions we could use the help. Please write webmaster@rpge.com
