Cyborg/Android rules

Just wondering, are their any decent rules out there for creating Cyborg/Android* character?

I'm pretty sure they will exist within Interface Zero (after all you can't have Cyberpunk without Cyborgs and Androids), but are they touched upon elsewhere, like in Reign of Discordia?



*I'm pretty sure I could fudge one using Types/Subtypes/Templates, but how many background points would some of their immunities/characteristics cost when using the Background Modification Table?

There aren't any in Reign of Discordia, by there are definitely some in Interface Zero, which will be out VERY, VERY soon... like, within days.

That it took you this long is the only criticism I have, so far. Then again, I'd rather it be done right, of course. . .

What are the plans for print versions? I'll pick up a PDF if that's what's going, but print would be a little more useful at this point.

Any updates on the print version of this? I'm just an OLD(fashioned) gamer and prefer print product to PDF.
