I don't want to give it to Power Word "effect you could do as an area effect 5 spell levels ago with Glitterdust" by default...8 Otto's Irresistable Dance: It's very powerful, AND humiliating!9 Programmed Amnesia: Delete and implant memories, re-write someone's entire personality, set a trigger condition to turn them into a sleeper agent, and all sorts of other awesome options that make you wonder how this isn't an [evil] spell.Runner-up: The Microcosm psionic Telepathy power.  I just find it cool/horrifying that you can turn someone into a medical vegetable.</blockquote>
