Does 23 thunder damage, and slides anything it hits 4 squares. It then creates a zone that does 5 damage to anything starting its turn in it (again, Caerwyn's square omitted) and I can move it 3sq as a move, sustain it with a minor. Little Puddings 2 and 3 are struck by lightning from Talashia's Electric Action Paragon Path class feature!
