Message: <blockquote data-quote="Ftr" data-source="post: 5180551" data-attributes="member: 88732">Characters and backgroundbackground info The campaign takes place in the kingdom of Tharys.  A favored General has been granted a patent of nobility and given a large tract of crown lands in the wilds for his fief.  This new Baron is recruiting heavily for retainers and settlers for his new barony.  The first sessions will take place at the Bonaventure Trading Post at the base of Icecrag Pass in the magnificent Frosthorn mountains.  A road leading from the trading post will lead the players and caravans of settlers over the pass thru the rimewood marshes, across the wide savannahs, and up the Crystal River to the growing fronmtier town of Crystal Falls. This is much like the wild western frontier of American history with surprises and danger lurking off the patroled road and just out of sight of the city.  The Baron wants peacekeepers, explorers, and troubleshooters to help turn this wild land into a real fiefdom.  Every race and creed will be found here looking for their chjance at wealth and power in this new territory.  Merit is everything and the politics of the King's court is far away indeed. Characters submitted already: A monk (sorry Xeo)A wizard No established time yet. please see 1st post for general info.</blockquote>
