Adds some realizm if you do that anyhow. Far as I saw from the d20 modern at a glance that is what they where doing.</p><p></p><p>Also when shooting at stuff I would call it more of a Weapon Vs Reflex that it would be vs AC. That being said the "tank character" would be wearing heavy body armor and have a high con just like dnd.</p></blockquote><p></p>
