Invisibility at-will is pretty potent, isn't it? All the more reason to take the kid gloves off. I am willing to run with it, though, and Picayune's g-g-g-ghostly powers, on the basis that these are the Outer Planes, and having powers that lead to solutions other than a head-on fight are to be encouraged. Not all monsters are there to be slain. Just a little advice, make of it what you will. @Queenie Off to a good start, Liliana looks good so far. What seems like a smallish village to human-sized folk could indeed be a sizable kingdom for pixies, especially given the amount of living space a goodly number of trees would provide. If you wanted to take Mask of Many Faces, I might consider allowing you to disguise yourself as animals of your size, but that would be instead of humanoids, not in addition to. Lots of good solid advice from @Shayuri and tuxgeo. One thing. Chill touch is actually a ranged spell in this edition. It deals necrotic damage and not cold, too. Everybody always seems to forget those things. :\ Not a bad spell all things considered, and I'd consider allowing a melee hack of the spell, but it probably doesn't do what you want it to do, nor does it seem to suit Liliana on the whole. It's probably deliberate on the designers' part that the warlock has no melee cantrips. Don't want to steal the Pact of the Blade's thunder. @goatunit 3rd level sounds great.
