I'm going to go ahead and make a ruling that, in my games, ties are determined by highest Dex Mod. If still tied, D20 roll off until a winner is determined. In this case, the creatures have a Dex Mod of 0, which is higher than Brue's.Feel free to roll an Intelligence (Nature) check to determine what you're fighting.Finally, Brue needs to roll two CON saves (DC 12).
