What are you doin' about it? Maybe we need a new Keeper!"</span> Various shouts of affirmation and agreement accompanied the man's response.</p><p></p><p><span style="color: #0000FF">"Listen to me, everyone! We are doing our level best to defeat this plague. I have people working on it within the walls and we are keeping the soldiers outside informed of our situation. I know a number of people have died. Their souls will forever weigh heavily on me."</span> Pausing for silence, he continued, <span style="color: #0000FF">"But please, we need to remain at peace. Janelle will provide you with food and water for tonight. Let us meet together tomorrow morning here in the square. We should have the well repaired by then and can discuss our next move.
