If you did everything right around age 32 is the last time you could do it yourself without parental help although I'm sure exceptions exist. &nbsp;And by doing everything right decent job out of school or uni DINK by age 22 and save like hell. &nbsp;In reality it's more like age 35 or 40.&nbsp;New middle class has pets most rentals now no pets.</blockquote>
