I almost want this subclass to be able to gain a version of Unarmored Defense with Charisma.

The idea of an "order" serving a chaotic deity seems a bit Monty Python to me.

[A host* of knights assemble before their deity]
Deity: "Right chaps, I want you to be creative."
Knights speak in unison: "We are creative!"
Deity: "And I want you to be spontaneous."
Kinights chorus: "We are spontaneous!"
Deity: "And independent."
Knights: "We are independent!"
Deity: "No, I want you to think for yourselves!"
Knights: "We think for ourselves!"
Deity [facepalm emoji]: "Oh just go away will you?"
Knights: "Oh. Right. Going away. We will quest for - The Holy Grail!"
[exit knights, to the clopping of coconuts.]
