Message: <blockquote data-quote="MGibster" data-source="post: 8981768" data-attributes="member: 4534"><p>My employer recently included more options for mental health care in our benefits plan.  I think mental health has been a growing issue for a lot of employers since we went into COVID mode in 2020.  I will say that one challenge here is that Wizards doesn't want to establish an employer/employee relationship with independent contractors.  Employees get benefits.  Contractors do not.  WotC can run into some hot water if they're offering benefits to independent contractors from the Department of Labor and/or the IRS for misclassification of an employee as a contractor.</p></blockquote><p></p>
