We haven't playtested 1D&D though I've been browsing the UA playtest packets and threads such as this Summit.  I agree that it seems to be built on the same base mechanics as the 2014 5E and that you should be able to play characters using either version of 5E in the same campaign. My instincts tell me that there's going to end up being too many subtle changes for my taste. Ultimately, hopefully I'm wrong but even if I was interested in playing it I'd have to get buy in from my group or find an online game, which VTTs don't appeal to me.</p></blockquote><p></p>
