What seems to be alleged is that such a resource was not automatically given to her. Which would probably be because no one thought of it. It is difficult to understand the specific nature of the issue that she is raising.If you think that you, as a freelancer, are being exposed to risk or otherwise improperly compensated, you should negotiate a different contract, or no longer work with that employer. I think we've probably all done some freelance work, and it seems like a very strange beef to raise in this sort of public forum.</blockquote>
