I can only imagine how much it sucks and they should not have to live with it.  But I also wouldn't be surprised if some of the people cause issues were simply "influencers" who wanted to generate a scene so the could get eyeballs.  Controversy, even controversy that the streamers caused themselves, gets more notice than information on upcoming product that I would have liked to hear.  Of course they don't have all the details figured out yet.  How is the dev team supposed to know how things are going to be priced when they're probably still working on infrastructure plans?  The logical thing is to give 3PPs a heads up of what they're thinking so those people could start thinking about the cost/benefit analysis of publishing anything on DDB.  Why is it a bad thing to give people a heads up about what might be coming?  No software developer is going to be able to tell you minimum requirements for a PC for something like the VTT until they're out of alpha phase.I'm sure some of the people were very sincere.  Maybe there should have been a venting open session on day one or in a different venue for those that wanted it.  As it is it feels like a handful of people derailed what was supposed to be a positive outreach for selfish reasons.</blockquote>
