Today it sounded like he was still waiting final approval from above in order to share what he knows, and it didn't seem likely he would get that approval by the end of the week.  I don't know how much he'll actually have to say, nor does there seem any actual guarantee of when he will be able to say it, but it at least sounds like he is hoping to make an announcement by next week.
