D&D Links - How do I get the link to my Web site changed?

I recently moved my Web site to a new server and I have a new URL. Who do I contact about changing the URL for my Web site?

My Web site is Chilling Tales Horror Roleplaying, and it's listed under the D&D/d20 Resources section.

The new URL is www.chillingtales.com.

All other info remains the same.
