D&D "Math Formulas"

I saw a document that had math formulas in it a while back. I can't remember who authored it but I was wondering if anyone had a copy or knew where I could download it. Google did give me a site but it was a dead link.

Thanks,

Here's one of the less-obvious formulas:

Bonus level L spells: (A - 2 - 2 * L) / 8, where A is your relevant ability score. (Round down as usual.)

Example:
A wizard with Int 23 has (23 - 2 - 2) / 8 = 2 bonus level 1 spells, (23 - 2 - 4) / 8 = 2 bonus level 2 spells, (23 - 2 - 6) / 8 = 1 bonus level 3 spell, (23 - 2 - 8) / 8 = 1 bonus level 4 spell, (23 - 2 - 10) / 8 = 1 bonus level 5 spell, and (23 - 2 - 12) / 8 = 1 bonus level 6 spell.

So, you dont multiply it by their level? Cause when I did that with a 15 Cha score it gave me 4 bonus level one spells, which is weird. When I did not multiply the (15 -2 -2) by his level I got 1, which sounds right.

L is spell level, not character level.
