Needless to say, there was an area of effect spell, and the player swore up and down his character wasn't in the room. This started an argument about whether he was going to take the damage, and after it was sort of resolved that he was, whether he was going to write down the damage. If either one of them had been a little more stubborn, it would have been the end of gaming for the night.</p></blockquote><p></p>
