“The new game will be the first to use an all-new fantasy world conceived for the recently-released 3.5-Edition Dungeons & Dragons world.”

I don't think that assumption can be a solid one, due to the wording given. It sounds instead like Turbine will be creating their own world for this project.

Thanks for the information, however! I wasn't even aware that the project was greenlighted in the first place.
