I would be a gestalt Bard/Cleric. As a player, I've never really cared for Bards, but it's undeniable that that's what I would be were I suddenly thrust into DnD land (like in the Dungeons and Dragons cartoon, I guess). I love to dance, I sing, I memorize lyrics and poetry very easily, I'm a storyteller by nature, and everyone tells me I am a repository of the most random information (which pretty much describes Bardic Knowledge). I would be a cleric, too, since I am at core very religious and quite interested in theology. Working for the Forces of Good as part of a church would be a high priority for me: Perhaps as a traveling missionary who doubles as a troubadour--and who also seeks out Temples of Arcane Evil to purge of undead inhabitants and empty of valuable treasures (I'd tithe, of course). I'd certainly need some back up, but that would make sense, since I'm very sociable and can't live without friends. In terms of stats? Well, if 8 represents a typical, undernourished, medieval peasant, I'd say: Str 8 Dex 10 Con 10 Int 16 Wis 14 Cha 16 I work a desk job and I can barely do 20 push-ups (Str). I have decent coordination since I dance, but I'm not terribly limber (Dex). I can suck up pain, but I get sick at least twice a year (Con). I'm far more educated than a peasant, and have a strong memory (Int). Friends, students, and acquaintances tell me I give sound advice, and I'm spiritually focused (Wis). I'm dramatic, extroverted, verbally eloquent, and (I'm told) not ugly (Cha). I think I'd do well in a fantasy universe, assuming I had my friend Felgar of the Hill People (loyal Barbarian/Paladin of Freedom) at my side. R
