In the 1990s, TSR saw the rules of competition very much applying in the form of White Wolf, just as they did with Paizo's release of Pathfinder. D&amp;D has a certain inelasticity built in due to being the market leader in a market with many small options but only a few realistic big ones due to the social nature of gaming, but, still. Cubicle 7 has been selling a fair number of copies of Adventures in Middle Earth, Paizo just released Starfinder and sells Pathfinder....</blockquote>
