Hi, I live in the Uk and will be visiting said place next year, was just wondering if anyone could direct me and my group to some book stores with D&D books being sold. Any help would be much appriciated and I'd like to stock up on some cheapo books rather than our rip off prices here

Used to live down in Florida...International Drive...that's in Orlando, isn't it? Should be able to find some kind of place there, though I don't really know...I'm going down there later this summer, I'll check things out. :)

Oh, and what part of Wales are you from? I'm actually moving there next year....

That'll be cool if you remember my thread :) I'm up in the most fun part of Wales the North!! Loadsa sheep, farms and eerrrmm nothing else pretty much :)

Bah, that's not a huge area. I've got lots of friends in Wales and from what I know, the sheep outnumber the people at least 2-1...hmm...I just got a d20 Modern campaign idea...bwahahaha!:)

I had a nice rural setting where I wanted the pc's to face some undead, hehe yep you guessed it some undead farm animals, definately took em by surprise as 1 of them cast levitate and was stuck there with herd directly underneath waiting for their dinner. Cant remember how he got out of it now but it was a good laugh at the time as everyone else ran due to the fact a mass haste had been cast on them. Doh on the players behalf :)

Hi gang... I live in Florida. There isn't much in the way of gaming near I-Drive. If you want to visit a decent gaming store, you'll have to head over to Sci-Fi City in Orlando. It's about 30 minutes away from I-Drive.

If you're desperate to buy gaming material in the I-Drive area, I suggest you try a Barnes & Noble or Borders bookstore. Both stores stock some gaming material.

If Sci-Fi City is too far away for you... and you don't want to go to major bookstore for your gaming fix... you might also try Coliseum of Comics. They do not specialize in games, but they usually have a small stock of gaming materials.

Having said all that... You should really try to make it to Sci-Fi City. It's the best store in the area.
